Robert D. Warren, PE., President
We are very pleased
to announce that Mr. Michael Nocton, our intern of the past 4 years
has recently passed the Principles and Practice of Engineering Exam,
which has added him to the ranks of Professional Engineer.
Some of you have
noticed that our turn-around time has slowed recently.
We are fortunate to have had the many assignments you have entrusted
to us and are thankful to you for continuing to send your work to
us. The professional licensing of Michael Nocton, P.E. will
help us meet the needs of our growing list of clients and ensure
a more efficient completion time for our projects.
2004
Seminars:
January 22, 2004,
Warren Engineering, Inc. and PRO-Found, Inc. hosted a Forensic Structural
Inspection and Foundation Repair Seminar. The Building and Codes
Departments of Rutherford County, the City of Murfreesboro, the
Town of Smyrna, and the City of Spring Hill were well represented.
We were also pleased that representatives from the Claims Department
of State Farm were able to join us.
This seminar was approved
by the State Fire Marshals Office for 7 hours of continuing education
credit. All building inspectors in attendance received credit for
their participation. We studied the distress patterns that develop
as a result of structural movement and demonstrated many of the
foundation repair procedures that are available. Click
here to view photos
of the demonstrations.
The questions were
pertinent, the discussion was lively, and we want to thank all that
attended for helping to make our first Seminar of 2004 a resounding
success.
